What the Discovery Call is not
To keep this a low-pressure first conversation, Discovery does not include:
- Formal scoring against The Players First Model™
- A review of your organization's documents
- Stakeholder or Player Voice surveys
- Written recommendations
- A customized Players First Blueprint™
- Implementation consulting
Those come later, if and when a formal Players First Organizational Assessment™ makes sense — a separate paid engagement we will only ever recommend, never assume.
