This website is informational. It describes Players First's services and lets you schedule a free Discovery Call.

The Players First Organizational Assessment™ is not a free tool, a quiz, or something you can complete on this website. It is only available as part of a paid engagement, which begins with a Discovery Call.

Content on this site is general information about organizational systems and practices in youth sports. It is not legal, financial, medical, or child-safety advice, and using this website does not create a professional relationship beyond what's described in a signed services agreement.

A paid engagement — the Organizational Assessment, a Blueprint, or an ongoing Partnership — is governed by a separate, written services agreement signed before work begins. These website terms don't replace it.

We work to produce useful, practical guidance, but we don't guarantee specific results. Any case study or testimonial on this site describes a particular organization's experience and isn't a promise of similar results for any other organization.

The Players First Model™, The Players First Journey™, Players First Discovery™, Players First Organizational Assessment™, Players First Blueprint™, and Players First Resource Library™ are names and materials we use to describe our services. The text, graphics, and materials on this site belong to Players First and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Scheduling a Discovery Call uses Google's calendar and booking tools. Paying for services, if you engage us, uses Stripe's hosted Payment Links. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how information is shared with service providers.

The public pricing shown on this site (see our Services page) reflects starting prices. Final scope and pricing for a paid engagement are set out in a written proposal or services agreement, not on this website.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Players First is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
