Every engagement is measured against the same five foundations used in the Assessment: where an organization started, and how it moved.
This is a new practice, and this page is honest about that.
Published case studies and testimonials come from completed engagements. Rather than fill this page with stock quotes or invented numbers, it stays empty until there is real work to describe.
When case studies appear here, they will describe an organization generally — by size and region — and never by name, unless that organization has asked to be named.
What gets measured
The same five foundations, before and after
An Assessment scores an organization across Communication, Operations, Technology, Community, and Culture, and produces an overall score out of 100. A reassessment repeats it against the original baseline, so change is measured rather than asserted.
