Foundation 1 of 5
Communication
Trust is built through communication.
Is information clear, consistent, timely, accessible, and trusted?
Our Model
Five foundations describe the systems behind every youth soccer organization: Communication, Operations, Technology, Community, and Culture. The Players First Organizational Assessment™ evaluates an organization against all five and shows where it stands today.

Foundation 1 of 5
Trust is built through communication.
Is information clear, consistent, timely, accessible, and trusted?
Foundation 2 of 5
Strong organizations run on strong systems.
Can the organization reliably deliver what it promises?
Foundation 3 of 5
Technology should simplify the experience.
Do the systems support access, continuity, efficiency, and records?
Foundation 4 of 5
Great organizations are rooted in community.
What relationships expand access, resources, visibility, and opportunity?
Foundation 5 of 5
Culture is what people experience every day.
What do players, families, coaches, and volunteers actually experience?
How Maturity Is Described
Within each foundation, the Assessment describes an organization's maturity from Reactive to Player-Centered.
Informal, inconsistent, or dependent on individuals.
Some systems exist, but implementation is incomplete.
Clear systems exist and are generally followed.
Systems are consistent, understood, measured, and intentionally improved.
Strong systems, with evidence that they improve the player experience.
A maturity level describes where an organization's systems stand today. It is not a certification, an accreditation, or a ranking against other clubs — it is the starting point for the Blueprint that follows.
